We want you to walk away with that happy feeling, every time. As we are creating customised illustrations, please carefully read about our refunds and returns, however if you're not 100% happy with our products or service for any reason, please do let us know via email and we will do whatever we can to make it right. Remember to include your order number if you can, and any photos if need be. We encourage our customers to reach out with anything from a special request (we'll see what we can do!), order update issues, faults, damages or even feedback on a portrait.
We will always keep a digital copy of your portrait on file so in the event of a damaged portrait after you receive delivery (e.g. by natural disaster, theft or perhaps your companion got too excited when they saw their portrait), we will supply you with your digital copy for $20 or we can have a chat about replacing it for you.
