Yes we can! We can illustrate up to 4 pets and 4 figures (Pets and People). Check out some examples here.


Yes definitely! If you are looking to get a 2 - 4 Pet Portrait but you don't have a photo where all the Pets are in it, we can use separate photos and put them together on the portrait for you. 


Simply upload one of the photos to the order via our Image Uploader and once you have your order confirmed, please email through the other photos and your order number to companion@thecompanioncollective.com.au.

To ensure we are getting your order to you as quickly as possible, we do not offer artwork proofs or previews. If the photo you have provided won't make for the best portrait, we will get in touch with you and get a new one from you. Be sure to read through our Image Upload Guide, and our Companion Guarantee.

Yes! We can assist with changes to your order as long as it's within 12 hours of your order being placed. Please email companion@thecompanioncollective.com.au, with your order number and we will help you make the neccessary changes. Note, changing your order may result in a longer delivery time.

No you don't. We always like to add an extra personal touch to your portrait by adding a name and any additional text you would like, however if you would prefer not to have these included just leave the Name and Additional text boxes blank.

We understand it may be hard to choose the right photo for your portrait, but we'll help you get the best possible outcome. Be sure to check out our Image Upload Guide, and also some examples on our Instagram and Facebook pages.

We offer the following sizes of Posters and Framed Prints:

A4 (29.7 x 21 cm) (11.7 x 8.3 in)
A3 (42 x 29.7 cm) (16.5 x 11.7 in)
A2 (59.4 x 42 cm) (23.4 x 16.5 in)



In addition to our Framed and Poster Only options, we also offer a high resolution Digital Portrait which can be purchased and used for lots of other applications e.g. phone background, printing on a coffee mug, creating a card or a calendar.

We will email your Digital Portrait within 24 - 72 Hours after order placement.


When ordering a Poster Only product, we will send you the printed poster of your portrait to frame yourself. This is a quicker option than ordering a Framed Product.

If you order a Framed Product, we will have your poster framed and sent to you.


You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.We accept secure payments for customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.

We also offer Afterpay.

Due to the portrait being customised specifically for you, we are unable to offer returns. Your custom portrait is designed and created with care and if specific to you and your pet.

 At The Companion Collective, we pride ourselves on a 100% Happiness Guarantee, so if you are unhappy with your finished portrait, please email us at companion@thecompanioncollective.com.au and we will do whatever we can to make things right. We do ask that you do this within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

To turn around your work as quickly as possible, we begin illustrating each order promptly after it's placed. To cancel an order, please email companion@thecompanioncollective.com.au within 12 hours of your order being placed and we will process a refund at our discretion. 

After 12 hours, we cannot cancel your order.

We take the utmost care in handling, packaging and shipping your order, however in some rare cases your order may be damaged in transit. 

If this occurs, please contact us at companion@thecompanioncollective.com.au with your order number and a picture of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will work with you on getting a replacement as soon as possible.

We get it, sometimes things happen in the home that cause damage and destruction!

In the case that your portrait is damaged by something caused within your home, please get in touch with us at companion@thecompanioncollective.com.au and we can walk you through some options.

Note - we keep a Digital Copy of all orders on file and if required, we can supply this to you at a later date for $20.

We only ship physical products within Australia (Poster Only and Framed Portraits). International Shipping for physical products will be available very soon!

Our Digital Portraits are available Worldwide as they are emailed to you upon completion.


Please see below for information on deliveries for:

Digital Portraits - from the time you order, you will have your Digital Portrait  emailed to you in 24 - 72 Hours. If it is required quicker, we also offer an Express Service to move your order to the front of our illustration queue.

Printed Posters - please allow up to 2 weeks for Printed Posters to be delivered to you. If your order is required quicker, we also offer an Express Service and we can get you your order quicker.

Framed Portraits - please allow up to 3 weeks for Framed Portraits to be delivered to you. If your order is required quicker, we also offer an Express Service and we can get you your order quicker.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping within Australia on all products. 

You will be provided tracking information for your order once it is being prepared for shipping however, in the rare event that your order doesn't get delivered, please email us at companion@thecompanioncollective.com.au with your order number and tracking number and we will chase this up for you.

Please note - customers are responsible for collecting orders from couriers or post offices if orders were unable to be delivered to your designated shipping address.
